Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
